Description
The split type SUMT-QZX(B)+CRN-GX overload limiter is particularly designed to prevent overloads that usually happen on cranes, overload cranes, good's lifts, lifts, elevators, etc. And this load limiter can be used to avoid overloads on overhead cranes with one or two hoists. Overloads are dangerous and can damage equipments because the operators never know if they have lifted higher loads than the allowed. this overload limiters avoid accidents and reduce maintenance costs. This overload limiter prevents accidents due to overload on cranes. Our electronic overload limiter practically does not require assembly and its installation is fast and easy.
The lifting overload load pin control limiter CRN-GX-OMS-370C is one kind of split overload limiter, and it consist of load lin CRN-GX and the overload weight controller CRN-GX,and it is more flexible. Load cell pins are particularly useful for use in applications, where pulleys are being used to lift a load. The load cell pin CRN-GX is suitable for numerous applications on lifting motors and handling equipment. The load pins CRN-GX can be used to measure forces on rotating components (pulleys, sheaves, etc.) and can be directly mounted on shackles,and it is available to provide the tailor-made load pin at your requests.
The load pin CRN-GX is compatible with other control unit such as OMS-160,OMS-370C and OMS-820 produced by us, and all of them are compatible the load pin cells, and It is available for you to select it in accordance to your demand and it is also available to add the large 9 digits LED screen to display the weight on the LED screen directly or remote display is available (optional).
