The elevator load weighing device HRP-X-OMS-520 is one kind of split type overload protection device for elevator overload detection and it is typically mounted one the the elevator lift car frame or beam, The strain gauge type pressure link load cell RHP-X typically works with the bending of elevator car steel frame and machine room steel crossbeams ,and it is also widely used for machines and vehicles force measures. The load weighing Sensor RHP-X measures the load applied on a steel frame by measuring the proportional flexion strain. Sensor designed for weighing depending on the deformations of steel beams in the motor bed frame or cabin frame.Easy to install and suitable for any type of beam.
Installation notice:
› The sensor must not be stressed mechanically before installation
› Install the sensor flat and without tension on the load bearing member
› Install the sensor using 4 bolts and securing nuts
› Use only the supplied bolts or bolts M6 type 8.8 and suitable nuts! Do not use spring or lock washers, only use flat washers!
› Tighten the screws with a maximum torque of 10Nm.
› The surface for mounting the load sensor must meet the following requirements: No welds in the sensor area
» Plane surface free of grease and paint without distortions or unevenness
